Shipping policy

Please be advised that due to COVID shipment may be extended or delayed. Shipping usually takes about 7-10 business days depending on the postal services. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders made after 1 pm on Friday will be shipped out the next business day. SOBEEIT BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for delays in shipments, lost, and/or stolen items. Before submitting your order, please double check that your shipping address is correct.

For lost package please contact USPS 

1. File a claim with USPS through their website.

2. Wait for USPS to give you the results of the investigation.

3. Send us an email with the results of the investigation and depending on what the outcome is, we may be able to reship the item(s) to you or offer store credit if we do not have the same item(s) in stock.
